All of you gotta chill out, ges not physically hurting the dog. More importantly hes a vet, they have to go through basic training on dog behaviour and proper handling, so you amateurs should really hold off on all that judgment. And even when the dog started to get too sick of him sticking his hands in his mouth he instantly removes them so stop saying hes too riugh you guys.

I'm going to try to express my 15 yr old dogs anal glands for the first time in a few days. I usually have to pay $40 to get this done at her Vet but I'm hoping I'll be able to do it. She looks just like this dog but she's 15 lbs and tan & white. I'll most likely do it in the bathtub and then after give her a bath. 🐶💜
